Hari2menang will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account by a third party. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.
User Responsibilities
- Not using the platform for any unlawful activities.
- Not attempting to cheat, manipulate or exploit any vulnerabilities in the system.
- Not sharing your account with any other party.
- Ensuring all personal information provided is accurate and up to date.
- Not using any automated software or methods to access or interact with the platform.
3 Payment Information & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on hari2menang are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including online banking via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and local bank transfers.
Deposit
All deposits are final once credited to your account. Hari2menang is not liable for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers. Minimum deposit amounts may vary depending on your chosen payment method.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your hari2menang account. Hari2menang reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal for security and compliance purposes. Processing times may vary depending on the chosen method and current operational factors.
Promotions & Bonuses
Any bonus credits or promotions are subject to the specific terms set for each offer. Hari2menang reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time. Misuse of promotions may result in bonus forfeiture and action taken against the account.
4 Account Suspension, Closure & Limitation of Liability

Hari2menang reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that a user has violated any of these terms, or has engaged in fraud, money laundering or other illegal activities. Account closure due to a breach of terms may result in the forfeiture of any outstanding balance.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the hari2menang customer support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
Limitation of Liability
Hari2menang shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform. The platform is provided "as is" and hari2menang makes no guarantee that services will be available at all times without interruption. Our liability to you under any circumstances is limited to the total amount you have deposited within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
